Web poker has become world acclaimed lately, with televised events and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, stretches back in fact a bit farther than its television scores. Over the years numerous variations on the first poker game have been developed, including a few games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely affiliated with blackjack than old guard poker, in that the players wager against the casino instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the established poker hands. There is little concealment or different types of concealment. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up prior to the croupier broadcasting "No further wagers." At that instance, both you and the casino and of course every one of the other gamblers acquire 5 cards. After you have observed your hand and the casino's first card, you have to either make a call bet or give up. The call bet's value is on same level to your original wager, which means that the stakes will have doubled. Surrendering means that your bet goes directly to the dealer. After the bet is the showdown. If the casino does not have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, with a sum on par with the ante. If the bank does have ace/king or greater, you win if your hand is greater than the bank's hand. The dealer pays money even with your wager and controlled odds on your call bet. These odds are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • two to one for two pairs
  • 3-1 for 3 of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • seven to one for a full house
  • twenty to one for a four of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • 100-1 for a royal flush
