Double-hand Poker is a current game with ancient ancestry. Founded on the old Chinese domino game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the east with the west in a fantastic game for early level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player against the casino, not like most other poker games that gamblers bet with other players. By wagering against the dealer, beginning players don't have to worry about other, more skillful people taking their $$$$.

A further Pai Gow benefit is the fairly leisurely game pace, novices will be able to take their time and scheme while not having to make quick selections.

It is also much simpler to wager on for a very long time with basically a small amount of money after all, to not win, both of your hands needs to be under both of the dealer's hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and one joker. The player is assigned seven cards face up and the house receives seven cards face down.

One five card hand and one two card hand need to be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the five card hand must be better than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be higher than the casino's.
